These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Meta App ASAJA_WAPI (App) developed by Asaja IT Solutions LLP that facilitates sending utility messages via the WhatsApp Business API. This App may be used across multiple web applications owned or developed by us.
By using this App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is intended exclusively for sending utility messages such as order confirmations, appointment updates, service status notifications, and other non-promotional communications to customers via WhatsApp.
Ensure that phone numbers have been lawfully collected and authorized for such communication
Use only Meta-approved message templates
Share access credentials or tokens insecurely
You are responsible for all activity under your linked Meta Business and WhatsApp Business accounts.
You are required to maintain data integrity and security for any customer data used via the App.
The App depends on the availability and policies of Meta and WhatsApp APIs. We are not liable for changes, limitations, downtimes, or discontinuation of those services.
All rights to the App, including its code, integrations, and branding, remain the property of Asaja IT Solutions LLP. Use of the App does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including disruptions caused by third-party APIs.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kerala.
